Behaviour Expectations
We want every child to have a safe, enjoyable and inclusive experience.
We encourage kindness, respect and teamwork throughout the camp. Where behaviour falls below our expectations, we operate a three-strike behaviour policy. In more serious situations, such as physical violence or discriminatory behaviour, this process may be bypassed.
If we need to contact a parent regarding a behavioural concern, this will be recorded as one strike.
First Aid & Medication
All our coaches are fully first aid trained.
Any minor bumps or scrapes will be recorded and shared with you at collection. If a more significant incident occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If your child requires medication during the day (such as an inhaler, EpiPen or other prescribed medication), please ensure it is clearly labelled and handed to a coach during registration.
Photography
During camp, we may take photographs for use on our website and social media channels.
If you do not wish your child to appear in any photographs, please let one of our coaches know when you arrive.
Places Still Available
If you know friends or family who may be interested, bookings are still open and we'd love to welcome them too!
